What a mistake! Every time we ate at a Disney restaurant, Neil mentioned that when he was a kid, his family always ate off-property at cheap buffets that surround the Disney area. He talked Lauren into trying one for breakfast, so they went to Ponderosa and had the buffet, which was around $5 each. It included the usual eggs, bacon and sausage, potatoes, pancakes, etc. When Lauren was getting a scoop of potatoes, she saw a hair on the potatoes that she had scooped up with the serving spoon. They told a worker, who simply removed the spoonful with the hair, but left the rest of the potatoes out on the buffet! That was it for her. I mean, I know you can find a hair in the food at any restaurant, no matter where you are, but leaving the food out that had been contaminated was just beyond belief!
