Biergarten, Epcot, Orlando

7/04/2010

Biergarten is the table service restaurant located in Germany in Epcot's World Showcase. It is open for lunch and dinner and serves a German-style buffet meal. A potential drawback (or benefit, depending on your personality) is communal seating, so you will be seated with other guests. The restaurant features live dancers and musicians that perform throughout the day.

We ate at Biergarten for lunch ($25.99). The buffet featured lettuce salad with creamy herb dressing, cabbage salad, cucumber dill salad, pickled beet salad, pasta salad, bean salad, tomato and basil salad, potato and leek soup, pretzel rolls and yeast rolls, warm potato salad, a variety of sausages and sauerkraut, spaetzle, schnitzel with hunter sauce, salmon with lemon dill sauce (delicious!), Bavarian cheesecake, apple strudel, and other dishes.
