We were hungry for pizza and the clerk at our hotel recommended Giovanni's. It is a small restaurant and really casual. You place your order at the counter and then seat yourself. Our waitress was very pregnant - she looked like she could go into labor any minute! She was really sweet and gave us some good recommendations.
Lauren had an individual cheese pizza:
It has a nice thick yet crispy crust and plenty of cheese, not too heavy on the sauce. The sauce was tangy and good.
I had the calzone with pepperoni:
The crust on this was just perfect. It was sooo good. And it was huge - I had to leave almost half of it behind. Our total for both these items and two waters was a reasonable $11.52.
Overall rating: Really good
